Dr. Ana Rosa (“Dr. Ana Rosa Gratitude”), MD, PhD, is a U.S. and Brazilian board-certified radiologist, physician educator, and speaker whose work bridges diagnostic imaging, metabolic health, behavior change, and the science of gratitude. She earned her medical degree from the Federal University of Goiás in Brazil and her PhD in Imaging Medical Sciences from the University of São Paulo, completing radiology residency and fellowship training in both Brazil and the United States, including advanced training at the University of Minnesota. Drawing on more than 25 years in medical imaging and her own metabolic health journey, Dr. Rosa teaches how findings such as visceral adiposity, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), sarcopenia, myosteatosis, pancreatic fat, and other body-composition changes can reveal metabolic dysfunction before advanced disease becomes apparent. She is also a Certified High Performance Coach®, Jay Shetty Certified Coach, certified menopause educator, and grief and gratitude educator. Her distinctive approach makes the often-invisible effects of metabolic dysfunction visible, combining rigorous medical science with evidence-based lifestyle strategies, resilience, gratitude, emotional regulation, and sustainable behavior change
